The CSV import helps you create stakeholders from existing Excel, CRM or project lists.

Only name should be required.

Import wizard

1. Upload CSV file.
2. Confirm file settings.
3. Map CSV columns.
4. Validate rows.
5. Review duplicates.
6. Preview import.
7. Run import.
8. Download import report.

Duplicate detection

Primary key: email.

Secondary checks:

name + organization_unit
name + position

Possible actions:

• skip duplicate
• update existing stakeholder
• create new anyway
• decide per row
