Core assessment fields¶

Field	Meaning
Influence	How strongly the stakeholder can affect decisions or outcomes
Interest	How actively the stakeholder cares about the project
Support	Whether the stakeholder supports, resists or is neutral
Impact	How strongly the project affects the stakeholder
Risk	Overall stakeholder risk in the project context
Confidence	How confident the team is in the assessment
Communication Style	Preferred or most effective communication style

Assessments drive maps, recommendations, communication strategy and risk summaries.
