Common warnings¶
- no Accountable assigned
- multiple Accountables
- high-risk stakeholder as Accountable
- negative relationship between Responsible and Accountable
- critical RACI item without communication plan
Best practice¶
Each responsibility item should normally have at least one Responsible and exactly one Accountable.
