Cell color: Weighted Concern Score

Color meaning

Level	Meaning
Grey	No data
Green	Low
Yellow	Medium
Orange	High
Red	Critical

Weighted score

low      = 1 point
medium   = 2 points
high     = 4 points
critical = 6 points

Score mapping:

0       → empty
1–2     → low
3–5     → medium
6–10    → high
11+     → critical

Detail drawer

Clicking a heatmap cell should open details with affected stakeholders, concerns, score, highest severity, related recommendations and related communication items.
