Getting Started

This guide explains the basic first steps in Stakeholder Pilot.

Basic flow

1. Create or open a project.
2. Add stakeholders manually or import them from CSV.
3. Complete assessments for influence, interest, support, impact and risk.
4. Add concerns and motivations.
5. Create or import a RACI matrix.
6. Review recommendations.
7. Create communication strategy items and communication plan items.
8. Review the stakeholder map and concern heatmap.
9. Export the results.

First useful result

A new user should be able to reach the first useful result within 10–30 minutes:

Stakeholders imported
→ assessments added
→ RACI created
→ recommendations visible
→ communication actions derived
